About Arielle, RMT
She is an experienced Registered Massage Therapist with over a decade of clinical experience in multidisciplinary clinical settings. A graduate of the Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy (2014), her approach combines evidence-informed care with a holistic perspective focused on reducing muscular and fascial tension, relieving pain, improving tissue mobility, and supporting the body’s natural recovery processes. She views massage therapy as an opportunity to reconnect with the body, support nervous system regulation, and create space for restoration and healing. Each treatment is individualized and may incorporate massage therapy, acupuncture, cupping therapy, breathwork, hydrotherapy, and essential oils to support relaxation, recovery, and overall well-being.
Arielle completed additional training through McMaster University’s Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Program (2019) and holds certification through the International Cupping Therapy Association (2015).
