Massage therapy is a regulated therapeutic practice designed to address your unique health concerns by skillfully manipulating the body’s soft tissues, including muscles, ligaments, tendons, and joints.

My Process: A Comprehensive Approach to Wellness

Massage Therapy with Arielle

Massage therapy is a regulated health profession that focuses on the skilled manipulation of soft tissues—including muscles, ligaments, tendons, connective tissue, and joints—to relieve pain, restore mobility, and support overall well-being. Treatments are personalized to address both symptoms and the underlying patterns contributing to tension, discomfort, and dysfunction.

Whether you’re managing stress, recovering from an injury, or simply seeking balance, massage therapy can support a wide range of concerns:

  • Stress and insomnia

  • Muscle tension, spasms, and myofascial restrictions

  • Low back pain and postural imbalances

  • Repetitive strain injuries (e.g., tendinitis, thoracic outlet syndrome, sciatica)

  • TMJ dysfunction and frozen shoulder

  • Headaches and migraines

  • Post-surgical rehabilitation and sports injury recovery

  • Nervous system regulation and overall wellness

Regular massage supports circulation, tissue repair, joint mobility, and nervous system balance. It can also improve posture, enhance sleep quality, and promote a more functional and comfortable daily life.

Comprehensive Therapy Modalities

Arielle’s sessions incorporate a range of techniques to address multiple aspects of your health and well-being:

  • Massage + Acupuncture: Combining traditional acupuncture with massage therapy to reduce pain, improve circulation, and restore balance.

  • Hot Stone Massage: Heated stones for deep relaxation, muscle tension relief, and enhanced circulation.

  • Fascial Techniques & Lymphatic Drainage: Targeting fascia and the lymphatic system to improve flexibility, mobility, and detoxification.

  • Trigger Point Therapy: Focused work on specific pain points to release tension and restore muscle function.

  • Joint Mobilization & Muscle Energy Techniques: Increase flexibility, improve joint function, and alleviate muscle stiffness.

  • Hydrotherapy & Aromatherapy: Water-based techniques and essential oils to soothe the body and promote healing.

  • Contemporary Cupping: Enhances circulation, relieves deep muscle tension, and supports recovery.

These modalities work together to optimize overall health, addressing both immediate pain and long-term wellness, so you can enjoy a balanced and healthy life.
